Today's schedule looks like this....
- Ran 5 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat 3 times
- Work out at the gym with my husband and 2 oldest daughters
- Carrot Apple Ginger Juice
- Water with NingXia Red
- Joe's Mean Green Juice
- Carrot Apple Ginger Juice
- Joe's Mean Green Juice
- Peach Juice
- Hot water with Lemon
