Beginning the Journey

Today I start my 10 day juice fast.  I want to do this because  I want to jump start my body into healing.  I am always tired and usually fall asleep by 7 PM every night.  I just want better.  I want to be able to physically stay awake and have more energy.  

So here's my beginning pictures.
   

Today's schedule looks like this....
  • Ran 5 minutes, walk 2 minutes, repeat 3 times
  • Work out at the gym with my husband and 2 oldest daughters
  • Carrot Apple Ginger Juice
  • Water with NingXia Red
  • Joe's Mean Green Juice
  • Carrot Apple Ginger Juice
  • Joe's Mean Green Juice
  • Peach Juice
  • Hot water with Lemon
